From: Evgeni Golov <Evgeni Golov <sargentd@xxxxxxxxxx>> Hi everybody, today I've finaly set up a SSL-certificate for my mailserver (courier). But my Sylpheed complains that he is unable to get local issuer certificate (btw - what's this? - the certificate of cacert.org?). After googling around I found MSG# 25221 to this list, where similar warnings are described. Hiroyuki's anwer was, that this is 'normal' and that the cert files have to be in ~/.sylheed-2.0/certs/, but copying them there didn't help. So now the question: is it possible to get rid of this warning? TIA Evgeni PS: I'm using Debian unstable with Sylpeed 2.0.1-1, openssl 0.9.8a-3 and ca-certificates 20050804. -- ^^^ | Evgeni -SargentD- Golov (sargentd@xxxxxxxxxx) d(O_o)b | PGP-Key-ID: 0xAC15B50C >-|-< | WWW: www.die-welt.net ICQ: 54116744 / \ | IRC: #sod @ irc.german-freakz.net Attachment-> @ 26190 2005-11-08 17:37 [Evgeni Golov <sargen] SSL certificate verify failed (20: unable to get local issuer certificate) @ 26237 2005-11-10 21:43 |-[Evgeni Golov <sargen] 26238 2005-11-10 22:07 | `-[Ricardo Nabinger San] @ 26239 2005-11-10 22:32 | `-[Evgeni Golov <sargen] @ 26240 2005-11-10 22:46 | `-[Godwin Stewart <gste] @ 26241 2005-11-10 23:53 | `-[Evgeni Golov <sargen] 26333 2005-11-17 12:33 `-[Kazuhiro NISHIYAMA <] @ 26335 2005-11-17 16:20 `-[Evgeni Golov <sargen] |
