I probably could be possible but that's something Hiro has only recently
changed around. I'd rather wait until it's decreed "stable" before adding
more changes to that part.

Or maybe Hiro himself will hook into the changes I made and add a check of
the prefs_common.fallback_char variable when building the summary? Of
course, that's assuming my patch will be merged into the main source.
