Problem, is that I don't use debian. Could you please > provide a patch for your modifications ? That would greatly help. I've downloaded the standard WMMail 0.64 from B.Chen's site: http://www.eecg.utoronto.ca/~chanb/WMMail.app/WMMail.app-0.64.tar.gz Then copied the files I had modified over the originals, plus the two new files, and made a diff, which you can find at: http://personal.iddeo.es/ret009t0/WMMail.app-0.64-sylpheed-patch Applied the patch, then run "autoconf". After that, the source is ready for "./configure; make". Compiles, and seems to work fine. This isn't ready for packaged distribution, since I didn't modify the changelogs. I think this would have to be done by the software maintainers if they decide to accept the modifications. Please consider sending a little note to Chris Waters <xtifr@xxxxxxxxxx> describing what was your result with the patch, e.g. whether it worked fine, had any secondary effects, whatever. I'd like not having to apply the patch myself in the future. ;) Kind regards, -- Alberto Gonz -> 19485 2003-03-28 03:12 [matmota@xxxxxxxxxx ] Re: Fw: WMMail 0.64-7: Sylpheed support. 19537 2003-04-02 15:13 `-[fred.ruffet@xxxxxxxx] 19552 2003-04-03 04:58 `-[matmota@xxxxxxxxxx ] 19554 2003-04-03 15:16 `-[fred.ruffet@xxxxxxxx] 19561 2003-04-04 05:00 `-[matmota@xxxxxxxxxx ] 19593 2003-04-08 15:31 `-[fred.ruffet@xxxxxxxx] |
